Post-doctoral position available immediately Malaria vaccine development/Plasmodium vivax CS protein Collaborative study involving the Federal University of São Paulo(Brazil), New York University School of Medicine and Wistar Institute (USA).
Leading researchers: Dr. Mauricio M. Rodrigues (Brazil) and Dr. Victor Nussenzweig (US).
Applicants must have PhD and strong knowledge in recombinant DNA technology and immunology. Also, publication in US or European Journals is a pre-requisite.
Candidates should initiate studies in Brazil (São Paulo) and subsequently integrate the project with the institutions in the US.
Fellowship stipend: R$ 3.300/month (tax free) provided by CNPq/PNPD.
